Helping You Move Well and Stay Strong as You Age

Personalized movement sessions, lifestyle coaching and strength programs with Sherry Jibb.

Three Ways to Work With Me

Many people in midlife and beyond start to notice changes in how their bodies move and feel. The good news is that the right kind of movement and support can make a big difference.

My work focuses on helping people rebuild strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies again.

The Healing Place Kenabeek Studio

This is a welcoming space designed primarily for people in midlife and beyond who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident as they age.

Each session follows a simple, complete approach:

• Calm the nervous system through mindful breathing

• Create flow by improving circulation, mobility, and balance

• Build strength to support your body in everyday life

The focus is simple: calm the nervous system, improve flow and circulation, and build strength and mobility, so your body feels supported, capable, and ready for daily life.

Temiskaming Physiotherapy Clinic

Working alongside your physiotherapist and healthcare providers, I offer guided movement and strength training to support your continued progress.

This service is designed for people who:
• Are currently attending physiotherapy and want additional guided movement
• Have completed physiotherapy and are looking for continued support
• Are recovering from joint replacement
• Are managing osteopenia or osteoporosis
• Are rebuilding strength after cancer treatment
• Need progressive strengthening and conditioning to support a safe return to work and reduce the risk of reinjury

Fit Gals Online Program

Some women are looking for ongoing strength support and community, even if they can’t attend the studio in person.

Fit Gals is an online strength and movement community designed mainly for women who want to stay strong, active, and independent as they age.

It focuses on building strength that supports everyday life. Whether you're looking to increase your strength, improve your flexibility, manage stress, or simply feel better in your own skin, Fit Gals provides everything you need in one virtual hub!

Who I Work With

Many of the people I work with are in midlife and beyond and are ready to take care of their bodies in a different way — one that supports longevity, strength, and ease.

You might be someone who:

• feels increased stiffness or tension
• notices changes in strength or balance
• is recovering from injury or navigating physical changes
• wants to stay active, capable, and independent
• prefers a supportive environment over a traditional gym

Together, we focus on calming the nervous system, creating flow through the body, and building strength in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Meet Sherry

My work has grown over the last 30 years from two things that have always mattered deeply to me: helping people feel better in their bodies and creating spaces where they feel comfortable enough to begin.

Over the years, I’ve worked with many individuals navigating changes in their bodies — increased stiffness, decreased strength, recovery after injury, or simply not feeling as capable as they once did. What I’ve seen time and time again is that with the right kind of support, meaningful change is always possible.

I work with people in-person at my private studio in Kenabeek, in-person at Temiskaming Physiotherapy Clinic in New Liskeard, and virtually, offering strength training, yoga, Pilates, lymphatic drainage techniques, energy medicine practices, and lifestyle coaching. I also support individuals who are rebuilding after injury, recovering from cancer treatment, managing osteoporosis, or continuing their progress after physiotherapy.

My approach is simple: calm the nervous system, create flow through the body, and build strength and mobility — helping you feel more confident in your body in a way that is sustainable and meets you where you are.

This work isn’t about pushing or proving anything. It’s about learning to listen to your body, supporting it with the right tools, and moving forward with consistency and care.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me enjoying the quiet of the Northern Ontario bush where the studio is located — a place that continues to inspire the calm, grounded approach I bring into my work.

Calm • Flow • Build
